Jurisdiction Mapping
Comparative analysis of candidate jurisdictions against the client’s actual asset situs, family location, reporting exposure and operating reality. Delivered as a scored matrix, not a recommendation.

Valoris Global Services
Residence, custody, operations and settlement are usually decided separately, by separate people, in separate years. That is why structures fail. Valoris Global Services treats them as a single architecture across thirty-six jurisdictions.
Our premise
Most cross-border architecture is assembled in the wrong order. The vehicle is formed, the jurisdiction is chosen for its headline, and only at the end does anyone ask which institution will actually hold the account — and whether it will still hold it in three years. We invert that sequence. The settlement relationship is confirmed first, and the ownership chain is built backwards from it. It is a slower start and a shorter path.
The four-layer architecture
Most failures begin when four connected decisions are treated as four separate assignments. Select a layer to examine the question it answers — and the point at which it fails.
The question
Which institution will actually onboard this, and will it still onboard it in three years?
Fails when
Chosen last. This is the single most common point of collapse.
